"Il Belvedere", entirely renovated in 2003, was the old house of the farmworkers who used to
work in the "Fattoria di Brolio" farmhouse.
The interiors, which are finely restored and furnished with extreme smartness, in full observance of the
tuscan tradition, reflect the needs of our guests.
There are eight apartments subdivided in this way :
Five apartments ( 45 sqm each ), all on ground floor, are made up of one lounge with a fully equipped
kitchenette, with the possibility to add a double sofa bed ( for children only ) and a double bedroom with
bathroom.
Three other apartments ( about 80 sqm each, two on the first floor ) are made up of a big lounge with a fully
equipped kitchenette, with the possibility to add a double sofa bed ( for children only ) and two double
bedrooms with their own bathroom.
The apartment on the ground floor with the two double bedrooms is equipped for disabled.
All the apartments have got delightful wooden-beam ceilings, well-kept terracotta tiled floors as in the best
Tuscan tradition, antique furniture, orthopaedic beds.
The bathrooms, finely renovated too, have all got showers.
All apartments are provided with sheets and towels.
They are extremely cool and ventilated, this is why they do not need air conditioning.
All the kitchenettes have got a fridge, a four ring-cooker, pans, glasses, cutlery, cups etc...
Each apartment has Tv-Sat with all the main international programms.
We did not put all the photos not to load the website and because all the apartments have got the same
furnishing.
